I'm wondering how sensitive these urine dipsticks are for blood in the urine?? I tested my urine this morning and it showed trace amount. My anus area has bean driving me crazy and I do get blood from itching on occasion, do any of you think that maybe this is the cause??? Also I haven't had a period in 9 months and I do find I'm dry in the vaginal area. I'm kind of freaking that I have cancer of the bladder or something, has anyone else had trace show up on a dipstick without it being anything?? It doesn't seem to be a bladder infection and my urine is clear to the eye. Jill

I have never tested my own urine but I have more than once had to return for lab testing because they thought there was blood in my urine and it turned out to be an error on their part. mine was also clear to the eye.
I would not freak out about it.
Also a bit of blood in the urine is more often a urinary tract infection than it is a cancer.

Hi...I have this happen to me every time I have mine tested in the doctor's office. I am not sure where it is coming from. I go back to see the doctor on the 17th. I may have to have some tests done. I will keep you posted.
