I've been on Tri-Est and Progesterone creams now for 2 months - we're still tweaking my Rx - and I was wondering if anyone else had heard of places to apply it on the body that would help with the absorption? My pharmacist said to apply it to my inner wrists, but by being so active daily, I'm wondering if it's all being absorbed. Has anyone else been told of other places that are good for absorbtion?

Hi GPH -I apply my cream to my upper and inner thighs.  That is what my doctor directed for best absorption.  She also said it could be applied to the inner arm, or lower abdomen -- anywhere except the face or breasts.

Hi guys,

The body "map" that comes with my prescription says to alternate between neck/upper chest (not breasts), wrists/inner arms, and inner thighs. You want the thinnest skin areas, so no abdominal areas, which are usually pretty fat (at least mine is!). By alternating areas, supposedly there will not be an area that becomes resistant.

I've also read that the soles of the feet are good if they are not calloused.

Hi Gals..

I would like to know  if the cream really works, what dosage  are you all on.  I take them sublingual and I have to get up in the middle of the night, stick it under my tongue  and hope it desolves, sometimes I wake up with my mouth gritty... I think I could handle this cream a lot better

Thanks
