Have ben unable to find information about taking Progest continuously without stopping the suggested one week per month. The Progest helps me with anxiety and I feel a difference during that 5-7 days off. My periods are irregular and I sometimes have spotting in bewteen. Anyone disregard the one week off "theory"?Thanks
