I am post -op 30 days after a total abdominal hyster. with both ovaries removed.  Prior to this was on NHRT from a compounding pharmacy in town and did well on it.  After surgery have been on Estrace 1.0 and have night sweats, vivid dreams and a dull headache all day.  My question is has anyone had continued success on natural hormone replacement after a hysterectomy?  I have a call in to the doctor who did the surgery, although I am not sure she is open to this like my primary doctor was. I do not want to sweat at night, am very tired. Thanks, Samantha
