Ok, So I've been having lots of anxiety, but does this happen to anyone. I felt great all morning, lots of errands, ate, felt really good, then bam, out of the blue, the back of my head felt funny, the sides of my stomach got tingly, the tops of my arms and legs felt wobbly and I thought I wan't going to be able to talk. I did, and got out of the store quickly. Drove home about 20 minutes and emptied my car. Felt a little better but shaky. I am still having waves and a little heat too. Please help!!!!

Enough,
I'm not sure how the back of your head felt but a time or two mine got really tingly and my legs and arms as well. The head thing was the worst for me because it felt like tingly rolling waves. It's totally hard to explain but I think it was a combination of a hot flash and anxiety.
Hang in there mine have long gone.. crossing my fingers.
Hugs,
Jalyn

And now you can understand why so many women become "housebound." They don't want to go anywhere when those symptoms were felt. In other words, they avoid those places because they "associate" those anxiety feelings with that particular place. We really have to learn to "ride it out." It does get better for that time if we are able to do this. Took me years to learn that lesson. I am a slow learner as I knew for a fact I was dying from some horrible disease.
