Kathie or anyone out there that might know the answer to this I had my hormone panel done on day 19 of my cycle...my periods for a few years had gone done to 23-24 days with very scant bleeding...however, the last several months since I was treated for my thyroid disease they have now returned to normal 28days!
Estrodial 113
ranges...day of cycle relative to LH peak
Midcycle (-1) 150-528
Luteal (+2) 58-157
(+6) 60-211
The problem is being able to determine which one I am? I do ovulate on day 14. And what's the ( ) with a - or + mean??
I am just trying to see where I fall on this lab....I left off the ranges for follicular as I was too far along for that when I tested.
I keep thinking I am Midcycle on this and if I have this correct I am low.
My progesterone is slightly elevated and my testosterone is right smack dab in the middle so I am thinking my ratio of progesterone to estradiaol is out of balance.
Thanks for helping.

You said you ovulate about day 14 so you should have been in the luteal phase I believe. Nisha Jackson's book says to test in the luteal phase and to try to do it around day 18. So your range may be more "normal" than you thought. But then you know how all of us feel when the docs say our levels are "normal." I hope you find some relief. The ratio may be exactly it like you said. I know my thyroid was out of whack and I am waiting for my new prescription to kick in because the doc said that should help some of the symptoms as well. My previous doc had said my level was "normal" but when my naturopathic looked back at the previous "normals" there had been a significant increase in my TSH. It might be interesting for you to also give your thyroid some time to help, but then again, my doc changed my thyroid and put me on progest at the same time since my level in the luteal phase was .04 a TAD low since it was supposed to be 2 and up. Another one where my regular doc said my progesterone was "normal."
I guess what I'm saying is don't rely too much on the numbers of any of these. Work with your doc on what you are feeling and how YOU know your body feels.!
Have a great thanksgiving
