Didnt know where else to post this, but....

Due to the anxiety and just the feelings I have been having lately, I bought some St Johns & Evening Primrose. I see that they are both 3x's a day, w/e a meal, and since i have no appetite whatsoever, is it okay to take the 2 together. Yea, I get a little paranoid with what I take. But just wanted to see what ur opinion was... Also if you any has any help and or other w/these would truly appreciate ur input...

[I looked it up and there are no contradictions but perhaps to make yourself less anxious about it, take the 2nd about an hour later :0)
I read that the combo is in someway also good for the skin :0) Maybe I'll try it!!!

I asked my friend who takes StJW about it and she says she takes both without ill effect.

She also does not take them with food, despite what the bottle says. She has them first thing when getting up, when she comes in from work and then at bed time.

I take Evening Primrose on it's own and think my skin is smoother on it, not sure it helps much with PMT though.

Just be careful with St. J. I put myself on St.j. without consulting my naturopath and she pulled me straight off them because St. J can be tricky. It can either help or increase your anxiety levels. I thought it was okay to take it because it was so readily available and promoted but it did in fact increase my anxiety. I take two 1000mg of evening primrose and 2 x high dosage vitamin B complex every morning and I do honestly feel a lot better. Do yourself a favour and talk to a professional if you can. I'm glad I did.
Take care,
Gabby

I have heard about the vitamin B Complex too. Yea, wouldn't that be my luck w/the St Johns. Thanks for the info. Trying to find time to schedule w/dr, just finally after 8 years got good insurance, but I needed to change drs. I just hope the primary they gave is any good, cause I am sure we all know how that is. I know from all my other visits, that I am basically in good health, it's just been the past few months that have been hell for me, not that before was wonderful, just seem as things are getting a little worse.. I think the anxiety is coming from the strange sensations I get, or perhaps it's the other way around.. Who knows....... Just looking and praying for some relief...
