Also, if you are so bloated that you cannot button your normal clothes and have been for a while, you should see your doctor just to make sure all is well. Drink more water, NOT soda, or even worse DIET soda, not coffee, not tea..WATER!!! Try it!
Bloating is a sign that your body is under stress, either by water retention or gas!
Both these things are signs of a bad diet, or you just ate something that doesn't agree with you.
So ladies, clean up your diets.
If bloating still persists...........you NEED to see a doctor.
You've got something more serious going on.
