My husband was sick last week, and then I caught was is apparently a stomach virus that is going around the Northeast. I talked to a pharmacist today who said he's never seen anything like it. I've got severe cramping, diarrhea, and I feel totally wiped out...like someone drained all the blood out of me. I can barely get out of bed. All I do is hobble over to the computer to check Power Surge.

Does anyone else have this? How long does it last? My husband is still feeling a bit weak after 8 days but at least he can work. I'm so tired and wiped out the thought of driving it out of the question. I have a bad stomach to begin with, so I think this is hitting me harder than him. It's been seven days so far and I'm not getting any better. Last night was a complete horror show. I was curled up in a fetal position, a heating pad on my stomach, Pepto-Bismol by the bedside and a giant glass of water (I'm watching myself to make sure I dont' get dehydrated.)

Just wondering if anyone else is dealing with this...

No Robin, I haven't heard of anyone getting sick from what is happening with you guys. How are you feeling today ? Hope you are feeling better .... Cathy

Hi Robin, nothing around Maine ~ that I've heard of, anyway. Lots of Fall sniffles, but that's about it. So far anyway. Hope you are feeling better now. It sounds HORRIBLE!
