Here are my symptoms that happen around the same time each month:

burning in my right breast and nipple (off and on in my left also)
when I push around in my right breast, I can sometimes feel it go down my right arm?
soreness in my right rib right under my right breast and sometimes in my back right ribs...almost a burning feeling.
Emotional
To hot or to cold
trouble sleeping


Ive had a breast MRI about 5 months ago that was normal. I have dense tissue in my right breast which I'm thinking could be why I have some pain there that comes and goes. I'm more curious about my ribs. I have so much anxiety I always think the worse and that I probably have some dreadful disease.

hi...it really does sound peri related! the breast thing is pretty common, and i have certain symptoms EVERY month too, about the last two weeks before my period...and the worst one is this awful ache on my left waist, which kind of wraps around to my back! it's horrible! have had urinalysis, and it' s nothing to do with the kidney, so its got to be muscular.....which is affected by hormones! but, seriously, i really do think, you're fine, just peri!!!!
