Does anyone take Vytorin or Zetia alone? I've been having some bowel issues, and I know Zetia can cause this. Just taking a little poll!

I take Vytorin 10/20. Dropped my C 100 pts. What bowel probs are u having?

Actually, I don't think it was the Vytorin, although the Zetia part of the pill does cause diarrhea. I was just having some yuckness; however, I was also taking calcium with 250 mgs. of magnesium, which can also cause it, plus turmeric, which, although good for the bowel, can cause problems there. I've stopped all three and I'm okay now. I'll introduce the Vytorin and the turmeric again slowly and see which one it is. I'm on different calcium pills now. By the way, with Vytorin, my cholesterol dropped almost 200 points! My doctor was thrilled! (10/40)
