There are times I really, really, really hate these tremors and now is one of them!! mad.gif I sit here and my lower legs are buzzing, and my left arm and back will have a go when the legs stop and then back to the legs........ We went out for dinner and all I could feel are my legs going nuts!! I try and take my own advice and not worry about it and put my mind elsewhere.....but it can be very disheartening when they won't go away completely. I have these things come back every 2 weeks....like I have a cycle with out having a cycle..... I have no periods. Had hot sweats for the last 3 weeks, they slow down and tremors have started. I'd rather have the sweats anytime!! I hate going to bed and tremors start as well, or wake me up during the night.......when does this end.......GRRRRR.......Sorry just have to vent!!

Hi Choco
FWIW I get that too in my legs. No rhyme or reason; it happens no matter what part of the cycle I am in. I posted late last night about the cramps in my right leg. It is relentless; these symptoms. Go ahead and vent; I feel for you. I have been symptom free for a couple of hours and then it all comes back... mad.gif mad.gif I really didn't know peri would be a pain in the ^%$

TidalWaves
I don't know if what I experienced today would be placed in this category, but thought Id post it here anyway. I was sitting today feeling extremely Hot. Then all of a sudden felt like someone turned the thermostat down 20 degrees. I began shivering, cold chills, the works. Then something I've never had before--tingling under my skin and all over my back. Felt like something with an electrical charge crawling under my skin, very strange. Lasted maybe 15 minutes. Usually have cold flashes that last a few hours and the same time every day. Got the full head feeling and a headache that would not stop. I am afraid that my symptoms and I have become very close friends and that really scares me.

Who has had this happen??

Sounds like maybe an adrenalin charge or tremors TidalWaves. I know what you mean by the feeling hot then cold, at the moment I'm having hot sweats continuously during the day. Tremors have stopped today........how long for i'll never know!!

Thanks for your comment Sherri....it feels relentless at times doesn't it dry.gif It does get better I'm just post now and over the last year tremors, palps, buzzing etc has become less intense compared to when they first started. I say that and yet my hot sweats are quite well... HOT wink.gif
My doctor told me it could be years!! As long as I don't go back just keep going forward......tomorrow will be better than today!

Hi again elder......I was talking to the owner of a health food shop and we talked about magnesium for tremors. He said I should take it in powder form, which is added to water, twice a day. At the moment I'm taking mag in tablet form, I'm going to give this a try later in the month when these tabs are finished. It will be interesting to see if they stop altogether. He said his wife has restless legs and she takes the magnesium in powder form.

Also I was reading on the posts somewhere where one of the ladies were talking about magnesium oil, I asked this man and he and no idea what I was talking about. I did google and found some information on the oil, told him and said to look for himself, it will be interesting to see if he has looked it up and whether it would be of some benefit. It seems to be for pain, interesting reading I would like to find out a bit more about the oil.
