please can anyone help me, I have had atrophic vaginosis for about 8 months, had swabs taken and can find nothing, seen gynocologist and he says vagina looks healthy, and can onlu find a discharge but nothing else, he has prescribed vagifem and am taking twice a week, it is making the discharge worse and I am very damp all the time, and there is a smell, sometimes fishy and sometimes like urine which is very embarrasing. I am not leaking tho, but because of the dampness I have to wear a pad, but this sometimes makes it worse too. when I ask family and friends they cant smellanything but work colleagues have commented on it so i know that it does happen. does anyone else have this problem and if so what have you tried that could help? am trying non allergenic pads to see if that will help but otherwise am desperate. it is making me very reluctant to go out and mingle with people, even standing in a queue makes me very anxious. Please help.
