I'm peripausal and I'm having health anxiety issues it seems all the time.... But, I had this once before and it went away, tingling on one side of my head one specific area, it did go away, but now it came back today.
This happened the first time several months ago now to return again.
Have any of you all experienced this, and what causes this you think??? Like I said I worry to the extreme over every little pain, or twitch.
Could this tingling be related to menapause.... Oh how I get so tired of dealing with all these weird symptoms.

Thanks Ladies

Hi,
This tingling in the head was one of my very first symptoms. I do not know if we are talking about the same thing.
Mine felt very much like kind of weird goose bumps only at the left side of the head. I still have this occasianally and don't worry much about it anymore. At the time it was very scarry. No doctor could or can tell what causes this. It is just part of all the weird unexplicable and worrying symptoms a lot of us have to go through!
Try not to worry too much, stress and anxiety make it all worse!

Hope it will be better soon!

Nic

Oh yes! This is a weird feeling - I've also had this just lately - almost like goose bumps but on your head --- Teejay, I agree, it IS bizzare!

yes I have it, on the left side of face. Doesn't hurt, but drives me to distraction! Also feels puffy and a numb like feeling. I saw a neurologist it freak me so bad! But he found nothing wrong!

Hi, mine is on the right side and yes what your describing sounds just like what I experience from time to time. Worry seems like my middle name anymore, however I try really hard not to worry.
It just seems like since turning 39 and premen. symptoms begun I worry more than ever before, don't get me wrong I have always been a worrier by nature, but peripausal has not helped the situation at all.
At least I'm not alone, if men only knew what we go through.

hi sdblue .... oh yes, i get this plenty! this is hormonal, and nothing to worry about. I am the one around here, who gets all these weird head symptoms, so I know what this feels like. Mine is usually on the left...along with temple pressure occassionaly.
yes, it IS hard to not worry, but eventually, you almost get "numb" to all of this.....

don't worry, if you can....it's hormonal. Sincerely, MyDarling
