First of all, welcome to Power-Surge! There's so much information here that will help you and the support is invaluable. If you go to the main page, top right hand corner and click on recommendations - lots of suggestions here that may help. Dont hesitate to check out worrying symptoms with your doctor - it's a sensible precaution and good for reassurance! Blood tests for hormone levels aren't always reliable because during perimenopause they fluctuate so much -
Hope this helps -

I too get the tingling and numbness, mostly when my hormones drop or when I am under a large amount of stress.I have found that magnesium helps, along with my birth control pills which I started for help with my symptoms.I am only 31,and know how stressful and scary this can be when you are younger than the normal age.You should read "The premature menopause book",there is also a websit called early menopause that has a lot of helpful info as well. Most likely if your drs have ran all the tests,it is probably perimenopause.GOD bless.

hi
I'd like to thank everyone for their replies.
Its helped knowing im not alone . I was so scared i had ms but all major tests were normal so guess its likely to be peri .the eye pain worries me but docs say likely its migraine . tingling and numbness bad today but my period is due in few days so maybe thats why .Its a time when i should be so happy having only just got married but to be honest last 6 months been absolute hell ive been so worried and depressed . my doc has put me on a sedative anti depressant as i wasnt sleeping at all but it leaves me very drowsy during day , i just want my life back .
sorry for going on .
thank you for reading and replying to my post

Do yourself a tremendous favor and make an appointment to see your gyn. Please don't do like I did and wait years hoping it will go away. I suffered far too long before seeing a dr. Simple blood test will tell. I was to the point of total desperation and I still had to have someone push me. I do not know why, guess I was in denial. It was extremely excruciating for me!! Hope you feel better soon!!
