DOING HAIR..REMOVING CARPET STAIN...( YOU GET IT)
THAT WAY,YOU DON'T FEEL HORRIBLE..AND LOST.

2. ORDER,BUY,RENT COMEDY LIGHT INSPIRATIONAL
READING OR FILMS . ( STOP WATCHING NEGATIVE NEWS/ DRAMA)
PERIOD..YOU CANNOT GET THROUGH A COMMERCIAL
WITHOUT WHEEPING? THEN DON'T TRY TOO. tongue.gif

3. GET YOUR SELF PAMPERED,STOP LIVING IN SELF-LOATHING
AND GET YOUR HAIR,OR MAKE-UP MASSAGES,EVEN IF
YOU HAVE TO BUDGET THEM,AND STOP BUYING OBSESSING
OVER EXPENSIVE "CLOTHING ...
TO COMPENSATE FOR FEELING BLUE,buy fresh FLOWERS

4. JOIN GYM,CHURCH,OR WOMEN'S ONLINE SOCIAL
GROUPS,DANCE CLASS, ( PUT IN SEARCH ENGINE) YOU NEED SUPPORT
(THIS IS A GOOD BLOG..BUT REAL LIVE SUPPORT OK?) EXPERIMENT
in your HOBBIES..painting,singing,writing...


5. DRESS UP MORE MORE MORE ! I MEAN PULL OUT THE SEXY DRESS,LINGERIE

TO OTHERS SUFFERING WORSE ..YES..worse THAN YOU.

LIKE THE "VANITY" THAT DROVE YOU IN YOUR

I had to laugh at this one. My Mom leaves the toothpaste on the floor in front of the bathroom door as a reminder!! I thought she was strange, but now I'm getting it!! LOL laugh.gif

I like some of your daily survival tips,but if it was that simple none of us would be here at P.S........

loved the whole list, most of which i already do... and it really can be that simple... this forum (and others) are part of my daily time to myself, and helps me feel 'normal' as well, also important at this time.

i leave 'reminders to self' all over the place.. love Windows Vista Sidebar - there's a post it note gadget where i can leave a reminder to self for things i really need to remember.. since i started taking guarana pills with ginko and ginseng, i think my mind is doing better... for the aussies here: eat more vegemite! laugh.gif (ok, joking really, but it is supposed to have a lot of B vitamins in it - i love it on cruskits or thin rice cakes)

and yes! get out there and exercise! if not a gym, just get out there and walk around the block for starters - not only will it make you feel better, but you just might lose a little weight as well.. and you might sleep better at night too... i like the satisfied feeling i have after gym, i have just done one more good thing towards my health and well being.. and i have lost weight this year, 12 kilos so far.

also, eat breakfast!! studies show conclusive evidence that those people who eat breakfast, are the ones losing weight. (not if your idea of breakfast is a bacon and egg roll, or cocoa pops!)

i am really all for the more simple answers, those that do not involve medication or playing with hormone levels or just sitting around feeling sorry for myself.
