Hello ladies,I am nodding my head,and heres the deal.I have no babies
and not on BC,have normal health,but hypothyroid
.I have ongoing issues with: BAD nausea,boob soreness,pull,cramp side
fullness by the ovary,at anytime.
,and "double' water weight gain,headaches, crashing debilitating fatigue
,dizzyness,hot/cold,insomnia,skin break outs,palpatations
(night mainly) hormone rages -( libido super high!) dry intercourse,
almost hysterical emotions
SOLUTIONS: I use pregestrone (dosage changes) put it
right on my nipple .
Also I sometimes take the over counter menopause estroven
to balance but week to week,I drop it off.
I take crackers,baking soda/water,rolaids for nausea,
LOTS of tea ,two water pills daily for 3 days,and I DIET
a lot with soup,fruit,salad,crackers,less meats,less sodium
to bring on period..-- ( i take dong quao,black cohash)
for sleep- melatolin ,milk,yogart -or cheese & crackers ( late night)
for constipation- double dose of magnesium ( watch out it can make
you get the runs)
hot bath in 1/2 cup of epson salts for pain & 1/2 tab of aspirin.
( twice a day..it helps)
don't think I am wierd,but lots of masturbation helps the full low sided pelvic pain
and your moods...( ha ha)
sex- vitamin E oil internally.
anxiety -valerian,1/4 tab of kava kava ,( don't use if
you have liver problem) or 1/4 tab of over counter sleeping
pills. careful..it can make you depressive/sleepy.
MOST important..I spend time walking,meditation,and
resting,reading more..I exercise hard..that keeps the
moods even.
