OK I picked up a copy of my blood test results which seems rather vague. The LH is 4.6 and the FSH is 3.3 which put's them I believe right in "normal" range. Right? Maybe someone understands it better than I and can help. The Dr. doesn't want to see me back for 2 weeks. I'm 37 and am at wits end here. I thought the hormone tests were more thorough than these two but I guess this is what the Dr. ordered.

Ok I am 48 and probably in peri....and my lab results are very similar to your's! Remember that hormones are changing throuout the cycle and throughout the day even...what you have is only a snapshot in time.....docotors will say, yes, but at least it will show extremes...true...I once had a FSH of over 21....but if he only looks at the one that was 4...he thinks I am OK!!!!!
Also, you did not mention your symptoms, but given your age....not impossible to be peri ....of course not....but thyroid symptoms are soooo similar to peri it is a good idea to get the levels for that as well....thryoid problems are very common among women...sometimes seen to run in families...he may just check your TSH and if he does and it is outside 0.3-2.5 you may want to get a more thorough check (blood work that is for thryoid) ....hope this helps!
