Can someone please tell me is it too little or too much estrogen that causes headaches?I need too know soo I can decide what new pill too request from my dr.The Yasmin is 30 mg,and I am thinking of switching to Demulin which has 35.Any help appreciated.

For me it's the drop in estrogen that causes a headache. Each woman is different though. It all depends on your unique system.
I've kept a log of symptoms for over a year now and it's when i cycle off my BHRT 5 days a month that I get headaches.
I've learned to slowly cut back on the amount of E I take the last two days of the 25 day cycle so I don't throw my body into complete shock when I'm off them for 5 days. Since I started tweaking the E I've had fewer headaches.
