I know I have a lot of questions but things aren't working out as I hoped. I'm using Biest, 50-estradiol & 50 estriol. I have felt nauseous since starting it. I know with estriol only, nausea is common. To start with I'm only using .1mg once a day which shouldn't be enough to notice but I'm extremely sensitive. Thanks for comments.

I have read that when one is not accustomed to higher estrogen levels, as in early pregnancy with morning sickness, that one can feel nauseous. I have read that the estriol that our bodies make a lot of in pregnancy if given at high enough dose to relieve menopause symptomes could make one feel nauseous which is why most BHRT has some stronger estradiol in it. Personally, I have not felt nauseuous yet on the BHRT, and I take combo of estradiol and estrogen and then some progesterone separately.
