Hello ladies...caring, desperate husband here. Be kind please! laugh.gif

My wife is 45 and has been going through "tough times" for 2-3 years and unfortunately we are on the verge of divorce. Anyway, she will absolutely not hear anything about "what this board is all about" from me (especially) or anyone else - including women who have been through this themselves. The good news is that she recognizes she has not been taking very good care of herself and is beginning to exercise again, eating better, trying to de-stress her life, and taking supplements again.

What is a good base for supplements I could "recommend" wink.gif for her? As I said, she's 45, has been having sweats and flashes for 2-3 years, is experiencing severe-moderate mid-life emotional issues (see Men's section). She takes med to control recent high bp and the pill to regulate her periods. She did take zoloft (and seemed much better) but her doc took her off when the bp suddenly climbed. I want to help so bad, she's so unhappy. sad.gif I just don't understand her apprehension.

Thanks for your understanding!
Lady E
Magnesium is a WONDERFUL vitamin,up to 1000mg per day.At my worst I took 500 in the morning and 500 at night. These little beauties are also good for bp.Of course she needs to ask her dr before taking any vits with her meds. The B vitamin family are wonderful for stress,as is calcium.Does she drink a lot of water, cause that is a must as well.GODbless you and yours. smile.gif
