Last week, although I was 10 days away from my period, my breasts swelled up for heavy and full for 2 days then stopped. I barely could walk without holding them with my hands. Now I am back to my almost flat self again. What was that all about???!?

I think it all has to do with Hormones. I have the same issue. I hope things get better for you.

I do this on accasion,I also get those crampy feelings down low.Definately cyclical.

so do i hon...hurt..swollen feeling...so bad at times i can't to wear a bra.....just set them puppies free..lol

I too had the heavy breast issue in the begining of peri. Never had that problem with my periods even..Only when I was pregnant in my twenties.

Last time I had them swell up last year I put a very warm cloth on them and took Alieve they would hurt for 2-3 days and go away.

It is for sure a peri thing. Mine just came out of no where..it has been 7 mon sense it happened last.

just let them loose .lol
