I was just wondering if anyone knows the symptoms of too high estrogen levels. I am going to ask my doctor for a test but someone recommended natural progesterone cream to me. I have very heavy periods and cramping, bloating and migraines. I am only 31 (soon). Has anyone tried the cream? Is it safe for me to try it?

hi sunshiny , welcome to ps. estrogen dominance can cause a host of symptoms such as headaches to depression, however low estrogen and thyroid problems can mimic each other so it is very important to get you doctor to run blood test on, estrogen, progestrone, testosterone, tsh, free t3 ,free t4, and thyroid antibodies. these are simple blood test, so don't listen to any babble if he says there not neccesary. if you are having symptoms, then you need to find the cause. good luck, and you've come to the right place for help and support, hugs, kelly
