I started HRT two months ago due to perimenopause symptoms.  Today my period started.  Do I continue the HRT regimen?  This happened before, I stopped for a few months, had symptoms, but didn't take hrt.  Then my periods resumed normally for almost a year.  Now, I don't know what I'm suppose to do, and of course it is Saturday and the doctor's office is closed.  Anyone know?

It depends...if you're taking the HRT cyclically, you will most likely get a period.  If you take it continually, you might have a period or 2 at first, but they should fade away, as long as you take the HRT every day.

Don't be too concerned, but let your doctor know.
