Hi, Amanda -
You know, I did have tingling, which started a couple of years ago, but it has vanished just as mysteriously as it appeared - and I had it for some time, seems like. It started in my forties (I'm 50), with horrible burning in my arms and legs. I was terrified, of course, but my internist said he thought it was "idiopathic neuropathy" and didn't seem too concerned about it. So, after a year or so of that, it finally disappeared - but then, I started having nagging tingling in my hands, mostly when I would lie down at night. I would often wake up with a hand that was so numb, I couldn't even feel it. That has all disappeared, too, at least for now it has. I haven't noticed it for awhile. But it was so bad there, for a couple of years, that I would sometimes have to get up out of bed and shake my hands around, just to try to get the feeling back in them. Yes, it IS scary to go through that!
Hopefully, your tingling will go away, given some time. Mine all finally subsided, but now I'm dealing with acheyness in the female region. I think I'd rather have the tingling hands.
