Hi everyone. What are your symptoms during ovulation? I notice mine have been changing. I start day 10 and day 14 is the worst. Has anyone had severe pain during ovulation? Diarreah? Some months I do, some I don't. I have noticed lately I become more tired and anxious too during this time....does it ever end????? It seems like we only have 3-4 days a month with relief!!!

Oh Yes, My symptoms start on Day 11 (although it was day 9 or 10 this month) and day 14 is usually very painful. It usually starts with the clear discharge and that can last up to 2 weeks!! Along with all the other symptoms of being tired, dizzy, spaced out, anxious, and this seems to be the worst time of month for me. Yes, maybe 3 or 4 good days out of the month, although that seems to be getting better since I started my vitamins and walking and going to the gym. I hope by doing the exercising I will continue to feel better, but this is ridicuolous. All the things we're suppose to do naturally (like ovulate and menstruate) make us feel so bad!! What the heck!!??

Hello,
Ovulation time for me seems to be one of the worst for exaustion. All over aches and pains and light cramping. Fun huh?
Take Care.

Hello, I'm just now starting to realize that my whole mood and physical being changes overnight at ovulation time. I get so exhausted and lazy, that I have to force myself to do everyday chores. I also get all achy(flulike) at this time. I'm sort of relieved to find out that other women are feeling this way. My doctor wants me to start another medication, but I think I just want to wait it out. Thanks for listening.

Yes, I feel pretty good right after my period but I really can tell when I ovulate. I get a really bad pain in my side (right mostly) and sometimes a slight migraine, achey in lots of places and really grumpy. I have noticed when I don't ovulate now, I feel pretty good for weeks. I mean, I still have a few symtoms but not like when I do ovluate. I am hoping that is a good sign that once I am done, I will be feeling pretty good.

I've just recently begun noticing ovulation symptoms the past several months. I'm 47 and a few years ago, day 18 was my worst day. If any weird symptom happened, I'd check the calendar, and it was always day 18. Just this past weekend (day 13), I was hit by lightheadedness so bad I had to sit down for a few minutes. It scared me until I checked the calendar and accredited it to ovulation. For hours afterward, I was exhausted and kept dozing off as I lay on the couch. That night, I was fine which was a good thing because I had laundry and dishes to catch up on! The only ovulation symptom I used to have was increased appetite that lasted until my period began. Ha, wouldn't I love to have only that symptom these days!

My ovulatiion had gotten earlier in month beofre I started BHRT and now they are getting back closer to the 14th day. Last month was the 12th day, and I think this month was the 14th but have not gotten period yet so don't know for sure. At ovulation my left side always hurts a little, and it did before perimnopause too-it was always my sign I was ovulating. I wuold say at ovulation now that I take the BHRT that I do feel I retain a little water, and once I crank up the progesterone after ovulation this goes away.
