Is anyone already taking Livial (Tibilone) for HRT? My understanding is that it is available in Europe, but not yet in the US or Canada.  If you are taking it, I would be curious to know how it is working for you.  Does anyone know when it will be available in the USA, or if there is a way to get it from outside of the USA.Thanks, Cindy

I've been on Livial for nearly 4 weeks now for SEVERE 24/7 hot flash sweats. So horrible I've wished I could quit my physically intensive job and at times have actually considered shooting myself! (no I'm not depressed).  It takes up to 3 months to get the full benefit.  The only difference I've noticed so far is that my hotflash/sweats last 5-10 min. instead of 20-45 minutes.  I sure am hoping it works for me as I'm at the end of my rope and I've tried EVERYTHING possible like a ginuea pig!!! I am estrogen-dominant. I'm in the USA but get it from Europe.
