They can help you with tests and locating a doc in your area + provide bio-identical hormones. I was so pleased to hear from them and get started on the road to well-being again !!!

Hi, I use a company named Sabre Sciences. They are one of the labs recommended in Suzanne Somers' books. You can work with them directly or they can refer you to a doctor. I think they are in Carlsbad, CA. I work directly with them over the phone
and have had great results. It's not cheap, but they know what they're doing. Cate

It's been a while since you've worked with Sabre Sciences. What kind of results have you gotten so far? Would you recommend them? Did you use their transdermal creme? I'm thinking of switching pharmacy and would appreciate some feedback. Thanks.

Here is one more avenue for you to explore. A nonprofit called Life Extension Foundation publishes a list of Drs. who use their products, which means that they would be taking more of an integrated health approach and usually are familiar with bioidentical hormones. Their site is lef(dot)org.

We have quite a few doctors specializing in bioidenticals in San Diego, mostly in La Jolla, but you might be much farther north? I'm sure Orange County or L.A. would have a slew of them.

I'm thinking of changing and live north of La Jolla. If you get this post (and it's pretty old, so maybe you won't), could you "name some names"?

I saw a few gynecologists interviewed on some news show about HRT but don't remember their names now, but what I did was call Scripps in La Jolla and told them I wanted a gynecologist who also had a specialty in menopause. The doctor I ended up going to is very nice but she isn't one in the group who seems to know much about menopause, although her group does supposedly specialize in it. She is in Encinitas. But I'd just call Scripps because the ones in the interview were all down there.
