Hi all,

Did I read that we should take 20 times more progesterone than estrogen?  

I am fine tuning my dose of Biest and natural compounded progesterone.  I use the creams.

Any information or experience with this anyone?

I don't think you need to TAKE 20 times more progesterone.  It's the raios that are important, anywhere from 20:1 to 170:1.  It varies from woman to woman, and the time of the month.
