Has anyone here heard of Fragile X and it's connection to POF? I am a carrier of Fragile X and started having pretty severe perimeno symptoms in my mid 30's, although my docs didn't know it at the time.

Try looking up the National Fragile X Foundation - it mentions a link between carriers and POF (Premature Ovarian Failure).

Im a little late for this thread I think but when I was going through the testing for POF i also got screened for Fragile X (not a carrier Im glad) but being a carrier of fragile X contribute to Ovarian failure.
