Hello!

This is for you ladies that are taking estrogen: I am curious to know if you take your dosage during the day, or at night before bed, etc. and does it matter when you take it? I have been on Premarin for 2 months and normally take mine in the morning, but wonder if a nighttime dosage would help me sleep better and maybe lessen my symptoms at night. I appreciate any input!

I'm on Vagifem vaginal estrogen and I have to supplement it with Estrace cream. I always take mine at bedtime since it is a suppository. I don't know if it helps me sleep better but it sure feels better. I take it twice a week and use the cream only when I feel I need it. I am still very hot at night but I am feeling much better in the day than I have in a long time.
