Hi everyone,
yeah, here we go with this stupid temple thing again. It's not that it's some kind of emergency, it's just that TODAY I've been having this continuous temple pressure/squeezing/tightness on the left side. Now, I can almost sort of feel a "fullness" in the temple area, you know, that soft area? Yeah, it feels "full" or "puffy", it feels like that on the iNSIDE, but if I run my finger over it very very lightly on the outside as well, I can sort of feel it's a little "puffier" or "fuller" than the right temple. The right temple, is what I consider "normal", which is what the LEFT temple used to be too. The right temple sort of "indents" at that soft area, whereas the LEFT temple doesn't, it is a little "puffier" .... I don't know if that's sinus or what, maybe a tooth abssess? but I don't have any tooth pain. Geez!
does anyone here have this? or maybe something similar? My two sons told me tonight that they also were experiencing more sinus problems these past two weeks, with temple pressure /pain .... so, that might be it....but, it also feels TIGHT!
thanks guys! Sincerely My Darling
P.S.- I posted this YESTERDAY on the headache forum, but I figured I'd post it here to, can't hurt. Also, now TODAY when I woke up, the sinus pressure and temple pressure/squeeze thing was better, not really there, yet, once I'm UP, and walking around and all,...then it starts. My left temple feels "tight", with pressure in there. So far, I haven't needed a Benedryl YET, but if it starts up I'm taking one. ALSO, TODAY it still feels very slightly puffy on the left temple (which I described was happening YESTERDAY), not as much, but I get this "stinging" feeling on the temple, and left forehead, what is that? Like I said, when I had seen my dr. on Mar. 5th, he said he didn't think it WAS a sinus INFECTION, but all he did was listen to what I was saying, and then tell me that's not it, yet, it has been hanging around now for 5 weeks, I had a 10 day break in there where it was pretty much gone, but then it came back. He thinks it's just sinus "stuff", since I've had sinus all my life, but I don't know, this feels different. what do you all think?
