Can anyone clear up the confusion...I have been reading articles on the PS site about progesterone cream and I thought that the stuff they sell in the health food store was Natural progesterone...but the articles on PS say no...only doc's prescriptions are...anything made with "wild yam" don't work cause the body can't convert this into progestrone in the body....

Can anyone direct me to a cream that actually works?

you're right,"wild yam" cream is of no real benefit....but the over the counter creams ARE natural progesterone,just make sure the label says USP on it....a popular one is progest,made by emerita...you can go to the manufacturers website and read up on it.
