Hi everyone,

I just noticed that on my forearm, between my wrist and elbow (on the left arm), on the "under" part of the arm, there is this sort of "mark", hard to describe really, it's not painful or raised, it's just sort of purpleish color, there's no bump under it, and it just kind of appeared. There was a black and blue mark around it for a few days, and that's gone now, but this weird sort of "horse shoe " shaped little mark is there, like I said it's like a purpleish color, and the skin itself is different, it's like the kind of skin that grows when you've burned yourself, it's shiny in a way. I don't know, it's hard to describe. It's not big, it's pretty small, about the size of maybe a quarter of a penny.

well, if anyone has anything even similar to this, please let me know, because as you well know, due to the insane anxiety about death suddenly, I keep worrying it's something "serious"! geez!

thanks guys! MyDarling

Hi Mydarling, I am FOREVER finding new bumps, bruises, marks, welts, hives, WHATEVER on my body these days. They come out of the blue and go away just as fast. Sometimes I think with my brain fog I bang myself and don't remember! I had a mark on my arm the other day that bothered me because I couldn't figure out for the LIFE of me where it came from! And then POOF! I remembered that I pinched it at work a couple days earlier. DARN! Don't worry yourself sick over it; I'm sure it's nothing and will go away soon!

You're welcome, mydarling. I think the majority of what you're going through right now is caused by anxiety. Next to my migraines that has to be THE WORST symptom. I have a script of xanax ALWAYS on hand. I don't take it on a REGULAR basis, although I know lots of women do, which is fine if you need it! It takes the edge off when I start going bezerk over silly little symptoms. I'm sure in a few more years we'll all be here comforting other peri-gals and telling them that WE WERE THERE once too, and this too WILL PASS!
Feel well.
Hugs, Kleeo
