Hello Ladies,
I've been having palps for about a month now. I'm taking my magnesium and it seems to help quite a bit.
I have been really good and stayed away from all caffeine and chocolate and MSG because my doc told me it will make the palps worse.
Now I'm going crazy and having huge cravings for chocolate and MSG foods, must be PMS, lol. Should I cave in to the cravings or listen to the doc.I'm wondering if a little chocolate & MSG will make it worse. Has anyone just fought their fears and went for it?

Sunshine, lol I have. Sometimes i regretted it and other times i was fine. i think it depends on how much you eat (or drink). ive had days where i cant stop myself from eating more than just 2 cookies my craving is so bad and i will eat like 6 or 8! lol or i'll eat a whole bag of M&M'S cuz they're so good! but like i said, sometimes i pay and sometimes i get away with it. if i start to get all shaky and anxious i just drink alot of water to try to flush it out faster so ill calm down.
