I bet there is. We can't possibly be the first women to need and want this help. It's so typical that anything for men, such as Viagra, etc. is openly and seriuosly discussed, but when it comes to women it's all hush, hush.
Hopefully some others will chime in on this topic.
I agree. It really is important.

Hi bumfuzzled,
No, we're the first to need and want this help -- but we may be the first to be vocal about it and the first to have internet help in maybe finding it.
Unfortunately, there isn't something as simple as viagra for us -- then again, that stuff sounds awful with the side effects: the erection that might not quit, the blue halo around things, headaches.
Woman's sexuality is so much more complicated than a man's -- Among problems there's the general dryness, the atrophy, the lack of natural lubrication, the disappearance of desire, the diminishment of orgasm, the pain from trying (!); the abrasions that can happen and the infections (bacterial and yeast to name two common ones that will make you have to put sex on the back burner (ouch).
Seems prior to all this, if you remember prior to this, it was hard to have sex because there was no time, we were always tired from work, we needed to get one more thing done, the phone would ring just as things were starting to happen.
Now it's all those things AND the others.
The one bit of advice that will make me scream if I ever see it again is that a woman needs more foreplay (hate that word!!!) and things will start to work. Sorry, but if that spark just won't happen with the first naughty thought further effort isn't going to do it. I think it's because when having to work for sexual response we're no longer relaxing and letting it happen. There's this elusive goal (being able to actually HAVE SEX) that we're striving for. The pressure's on -- and I don't mean from your partner, but from your very self.
Anyway, Toys, toys, toys, exercises, lubes, advice!!! I am all ears!!
