I've been charting my basal body temp for about a month now... the thought occurred to me that maybe my symptoms were worse when my temp was higher... Has anyone ever done this or noticed this? I don't know for sure that it does, but this last month it seemed to be. I guess I'll have more info the longer I do it. I just wondered if anyone noticed that....

this is mydarling. Yes, I've noticed that myself! I can tell you this, that when my body feels HOT, my varicose veins start to show more! Now, sometimes that's just me FEELING hot, but no temp. fluctuation,,,,OTHER TIMES my temp. will change a little, up and down, and sure enough, here comes another vein! I think the change in temp. may signal a change in hormones right then, that seems to make a little sense....
