hey, I hope I can post this here.....but, I have been drinking this stuff called E7 - now, it's in powder form, and you can mix it with whatever you like, I mix it with tonic water, and it's like a fizzy drink,,it comes in berry (my fav) or chocolate.

The only drawback, is for a large cannister of this (which is really the only way they sell it i think), it's $65.00! YEAH, I KNOW... but, it does wonders, at least for me. When I can't eat, due to queaziness, or that "sick" feeling, I make myself a glass of this, and boy, I feel better! It's got all the stuff you need, and it's got sea algea, which is really good for you! (read up on that).....well, I just thought I'd share that with all of you, I know it's very expensive, and I can't afford it a lot of the times either...but when I can, I buy it!
