cramping 1 week after the start of your period? I know my mittleschmerz pain and this is not it. It seems like I can get period cramps at almost any time of the month. I am so uncomfortable right now. The pain is in the uterus, not the ovaries.
Tell me I am not alone and that this is *normal*!!! I am so tired and would love to just curl up into a ball and sleep.

I don't know if this will make you feel any better, but I'm getting periodic cramping at seemingly random times, and I have missed 2 periods !

I went to the bathroom before and did notice the muscus of ovulation. I am so outta order here lol!
I think I need to forget about this whole peri thing, stop trying to figure it out and just go with it instead. Accept that I will have hours and days that I just can't figure out why I don't feel well.

I too will get cramping after my period and I know I am ovulating again or my body is trying. I was freaked out at first but not anymore. Like you said, just get used to the weirdness that happens every month. Oh joy.
