Hi Jayne, not really sure if I know exactly what you are talking about, but sometimes I get what have been diagnosed as esophogus spasms that feel like, well ~ maybe like a shaking in the chest. More like a fluttering for me I think? At first I thought they were palps, but discovered they weren't. It's amazing how stomach/esophogus 'things' feel similar to heart 'things'. If you aren't sure of what you're feeling, tell your doc. I'm sure it's nothing but better to be safe than sorry. Every time I have a 'question ??' about a symptom I spend money at the doctors JUST to find out I'm normal and it's YET ANOTHER menopause symptom. "sigh". Hang in there!
Hugs!

Jaynebod - the way to see if it's palps or not is to feel your pulse when it happens. Palps can be felt in your pulse too. Like Kleeo, I get fluttering in my chest too, but it usually accompanies my palps.

Did you see Menomanager on the WYST thread posted yesterday about shaky feelings. I thought of you.
