Hi ladies,
well, once again, I am having this vericose vein problem, it hasn't left my RIGHT leg, but NOW it's developing in the LEFT!
The thing I wanted to ask was, is it "normal" for those vericose veins BEHIND THE KNEE (in the back, the soft area) to really ache? I mean, I've had to take three Tylenol and it still aches somewhat? I asked my dr., and he insists that "normal" for people with vericoseveins....ok, but see my worry is that, I knw there's a large vein that starts up behind the knee, and it goes up to the heart...so I"m natrually concerned that this bad ache is perhaps having something to do with that larger vein back there?
In other words, is is JUST the normal aching of vericose veins, or is it due to the fact that the vericose vvein back there is having problems with that larger vein? I've outrightly asked him to do a doppler, and he won't, he believes there's nothing wrong!
I want you to knw this is the SECOND dr. I've seen on this, neither of them think a doppler sonogram is necessary, and taht the hurting and aching of THAT PARTICULAR VEIN BEHIND THE KNEE is totally normal.....so, if anyone has any info . to help, I sure could use it!
DEAREST, do you still have the vericose veins, and do they really ache sometimes BEHIND YOUR KNEE?
thanks ladies!!!!! sincerely, mydarling
