Hi all. I've had one of those days today where I just generally feel yuck off and on. My neck and shoulders have hurt all day. And throughout the day, I've had waves of extreme malaise....you know flu-like feeling. This happens from time to time, not just today. I don't see this specifically as one of the 34 symptoms...but wondering if this falls in the muscle aches category. Does anyone know what I'm talking about...that just feel like crap feeling? Did anyone have this with peri too? Thanks!

Yes I did my shoulder and neck were hurting then my elbows sometime my legs. And I am still feeling tired all the time. Its PERI they say just to relax and take care of yourself.

I get that way during ovulation. Its not a constant thing it just shows up. Then out of no where it goes away. I'm learning to just roll with it. The days that I feel like that I just take it easy and try my best to relax and not let it all freak me out.
