I had an amusing dream. And how nice it was to sleep and dream despite a world of problems. I am grateful.

I dreamed CBGB (the 1970s punk rock and new wave showcase) was moved to the Catskills and the ageing punks were sitting around low oak tables playing games. I asked one woman if she was staying long. She said she was staying right through the winter. (I knew what this meant and I quickly left.)

Hilly Kristal was there (the owner). And I was thinking how in the '70s he and his wife were the age I am now -- yet they looked old!

When I woke up I remembered as if it was yesterday that they had promotional teeshirts one time saying "I'm A Hilly Girl".

Now, boom, it's today.
