i do feel warm during the night but i think the worst hot flashes for me are during the day. lately i noticed i was sweating and didnt really feel that hot. i felt a little warm. it was a warm flash rather than a hot one, but the odd thing is that it was producing a lot of sweat. it is like my pores just open up and starting leaking and it goes on for about a good ten to fifteen minutes. this was producing more sweat than a hot flash. is this unusual?

Do you sweat easily in general ? My hot flashes make me very very hot, but I do not sweat much during them. My daytime flashes I rarely break a sweat, sometimes during the night I do but not much. I'm not much of a sweater in general, I don't sweat much even on the hottest summer days. I hate summer, I wonder if it's because I can't cool myself down properly. And I wonder if this is why I'm not sweating so much during my hot flashes.
