I am a new member that is now living full time in southern Mexico. I do not have access to a doctor who uses Biodentical hormones.Or anyone who has aclue about this. However, I have been doing a great deal of research and would like to try a Biodentical Progesterone Cream to help with my Perimenopause. I have friend who are overjoyed with the results.

I can not buy Biodentical hormones in Mexico and the USA online pharmacies will not accept a Mexican credit card or post internetionally. I will be in Los Angeles at the end of the month.

Can anyone recommend a clinic or shop I where can purchase the
cream? I am also looking for Tostesterone to get my husband going again.

Testosterone is a controlled substance in the US so your husband will have to see a doctor to get a RX for it.

You can buy over the counter progesterone cream at many health food stores and specialty grocery stores like Wild Oats and Whole Foods in the US. Compounding pharmacies usually sell over the counter progesterone cream as well. Los Angeles is a huge area; I would suggest looking in the telephone book for the closest store when you get there. You could also do an online search if you have the zip code of the area in LA where you are going to be staying.

I think you can get bioidentical hormones in Mexico. The Mexican online store “medsmex” sells Prometrium which is bioidentical progesterone. Prometrium is prescription strength progesterone; either 100 mg/cap or 200 mg/cap in a peanut oil base. You can use Prometrium orally or vaginally. You could consider opening the capsule and diluting the progesterone in a topical base to get a lower strength “cream” more similar to over the counter progesterone cream. I have not tried this though.
