I've been wanting to post about this situation for some time, as I really do need support so badly, but even writing seemed overwhelming - it also has much to do with my Christian faith. Would this be the right place to post such a message? I really need to hear from any Christian sisters in the faith on this forum, before I go into things further.

guildgal: I can sympathize about the depressed part....but I think there are some rules Dearest has about religion on this website...not sure where the 'line' is. I do believe in God, however, and I'll be remembering you in my prayers tonight!!!

I am Christian as are many ladies at PS.........
Moving is hard to do ..........we moved fourteen hours drive away from the rest of our family last September so I am living the "emotional roller coaster ride " at the moment .

If I didn't know better I'd think I typed that! I also moved about the same distance from my children last September. It is so hard and so lonely. I'm so blessed to have found ps! The move was bad enough, then to add peri to it!! Wow what a blow! I just met my neighbors for the first time last week b/c my dog ran over there when I had him out and they were getting in thier car. I've been afraid to go meet anybody so tha's made the transition harder.

Hi. I Shopper...This place we have moved too is nice and friendly..but , even though we have just moved into a home we've bought , we are planning to move home to live this time next year....I feel so far from my family, and even though it's only an hour and 10mins on the plane..it's not like you can say 'do you want to come for dinner tonight" to them.
Where your kids still living with you when you left ???
When the kids are having problems I feel desperate too because I am not there on the spot to help.............
