I have not posted for the past few weeks as I have been very busy, I find that when I try to deal with my emotions during PERI, I go with the flow, sure there are times when it does get difficult, but if you feel like crying for example then cry, don't keep it in, I just last week had a PMS moment with sore breasts etc... I just cried the whole day and boy did I feel good after crying, If it were'nt for my kids I do not know how I would have coped, you must try and listen to what your body is telling you.
I have decided from last week that I am going to take one day of the week to do as I please, no house chores etc... we all need time out at some point in our lives.
I just wish that this peri time will pass very fast, Why must we as women go through all this and our men think of us as crazy etc....
I have been going through it the last 4 years and i think enough is enough.
SO LADIES TRY YOUR BEST TO DEAL WITH WHAT EVER SYMPTOM YOU HAVE AND LIFE WILL BE EASIER TO DEAL WITH.
