Has anyone here had any complications/pain from U.F. I know they like to come at "our age" and also like to contribute to extra bleeding.
I have pain and elevated WBC and need to see a Hemotologist tomorrow. My Pap is o.k, never hade an Endo. Biop and hope that the problem is coming from the fibroid and nothin else.
Has anyone had any experiences that they could share with me?

I have been dealing with large fibroids for awhile now. Can they cause pain? YES YES and YES Depending on their location the can cause bladder/bowel issues as well and of course the heavy bleeding as well. As for your wbc being off I'm not sure about that. I haven't had that happen with me although a high wbc usually means infection so possiably you have some time of infection going on also? Good luck and let us know how things go at the Hemotologist.
