Anybody else get a bizarre shivering sensation in localised areas of their bodies. I get it on my head and parts of my legs sometimes. The goosebumps actually come up just on the patch of leg or whatever where I feel the shiver, and it happens when I am perfectly warm and cosy.

Is this the same as the tingling feeling people have been mentioning? I am confused!

Squiggle,

Just wanted to let you know that I get this too. It actually started years ago when I was in my 20's. I think it might be related to anxiety and now with peri, every issue we have seems to get aggravated!
