Hello, It's been along time since anyone has posted on dry/stuffy nose and perimenopause. I am hoping that someone may be able to answer this question for me. A year ago last February my sinuses changed dramatically to an intolerable dry nose. I also went from doctor to doctor, with no help. Finally last September I began bio-identicals. Currently I have stuffy nose most of the time, and dry nose sometimes. It is an improvement but still uncomfortable. I now also found sudafed helps somewhat. I have tried pretty much everything. My question is does the dry/stuffy nose ever go back to normal? I have resigned myself that this will be as good as it ever gets. I am hoping that is incorrect, and I will return to my happy self. I apprecite it if anyone can let me know if your sinus problems improved once through the menopause cycle. Thanks bunches !!!! Rosi I have the same problem..dry nose..and yes its uncomfortable..the only thing ENT Docs have told me is to use saline sprays...doesnt really help much though -------------------- MELANIE
